Return and Exchange Policy for the Refugee Collective

At the Refugee Collective, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return any item purchased from the Refugee Collective within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Item: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at:
studiosales@therefugeecollective.org to request a return authorization
      • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product)
      • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

         

        Exchanges

          • Eligibility:  You may exchange any item purchased from the Refugee Collective within 30 days of delivery.
          • Condition of Item: The item for exchange must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
          • How to Initiate an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team:

          studiosales@therefugeecollective.org to request an exchange authorization. Specify the item you wish to exchange and the new item you would like to receive in its place.

            • Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
            • Exchange Process: Once we receive the item for exchange and inspect it, we will ship out the new item promptly. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount, depending on the circumstances.

               

              Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

              Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. These items include:

              • Personalized or customized items
              • Perishable goods
              • Downloadable digital products
              • Gift cards
